Kārlis Skuja is an experienced entrepreneur, startup mentor, and coach with over 15 years of expertise in IT solutions, business processes, and enhancing customer experiences. He has worked with top-tier clients such as KPMG, Accenture, Tele2, Bite, CSDD, Mercedes-Benz, Procter & Gamble, and Volvo, helping them innovate and optimize their products and services.

Kārlis has guided more than 100 teams in defining, developing, and testing new products. Teams will explore inspiring examples from relevant case studies, followed by brainstorming sessions to generate multiple potential solutions for the defined challenge.

The team will refine and select the most promising solutions. They will also create a detailed UX description and receive guidance on building a rapid prototype, preparing for user feedback the following week.
