Problem:
We are trying to solve the issues in the way we have access to the internet. Currently Internet is neither secure nor private and user interactions can be tracked while having private chat/video sessions and user data stored on the platform can be lost/hacked.
This becomes a major issue while you try to access private videos on the go or even from your home.
Solution:
We aim to build a Smart Contract based Firewall on the Network Layer for all devices connected to Home Internet. This enables in securing the private network within their home so that all applications can only access authorized services and malicious services are blocked. We are aiming to create a Safer Internet Access wherever users are and whichever Device they use (From Smartphones to IoT Devices).
The network would have a build in live video streaming option to enable true private video sessions among participants and all chat/video data would only be accessed while being connected to the private network.
We aim to build and host a live video streaming solution where the data is only present on the current private network infrastructure during this hackathon.
